If you have purchased a Gift Card for a loved one, they will receive an email from us once your order has been processed with their Gift Card details.

The gift Card will have the total amount on it and is valid for 6 months. Your loved one can make multiple purchases with the Gift Card. The Gift Card number is entered in the Checkout window where the amount will be credited from teh total payment.

If they have not received it please make sure they look in the SPAM folder.

Once you have selected the item of jewellery and it is in your Basket proceed to Checkout. In Checkout window at the top of the page there is an area for you to enter in your Gift Card. The amount will be discounted from the total amount.

You have 6 months to redeem your Gift Card and you can use it multiple times.

To reduce our carbon imprint your invoice will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped. You can view your order and invoice at anytime in Orders under My Account.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and if you not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item within 14 days of purchase. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require an email to info@divine-elements.com quoting your order number and item. We will then reply with Return Instructions.


Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at .

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@divine-elements.com and we will forward on instructions.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We sell and deliver to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus,Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal,Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

For purchases outside the UK you may have to pay import duties// taxes. Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

For UK Deliveries you will receive notification that your purchase has been shipped.

For EU & international deliveries you will receive email confirmation of your tracking number from us. You can also view this in My Orders.

Login Name – Your login name is simply your email address.

Login Password – You can request for a password reset here – My Account page.

UK Delivery – Delivery should be between 3-7 working days. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. A signature will be require for receipt of your order. During high volume times of sales and promotions shipping may take a little longer.

EU Delivery – Delivery should be less than 10 working days. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. A signature will be require for receipt of your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery times for international post due to different destination’s carriers and customs protocols.Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

International Delivery – Delivery should be less than 15 working days. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. A signature will be require for receipt of your order.
